Background and Aim: Today, one of the key factors for the survival of manufacturing companies is the continuous promotion of innovative performance. Innovative performance maintains competitive advantage and organizational development. On the other hand, improving the technology of products, processes and workplaces is an important factor for corporate development. Since creating innovative performance requires the use of appropriate technology, pharmaceutical companies can achieve their goals by outsourcing and technology transfer strategies. Methodology: The present study was implemented in two studies using a qualitative-quantitative mixed research design. The hybrid approach in this study is anatomical mixed design. The statistical population of this study consists of 83 active pharmaceutical companies in Tehran. The quantitative design is a descriptive goal in terms of research strategy, survey and data collection methods. Accordingly, using Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Squares Technique (Smart-PLS 2) for analyzing the collected data, using quantitative-qualitative descriptive mixed design. Qualitative approach (using content analysis of semi-structured interviews to understand the hidden angles between variables and the topic of innovation in the pharmaceutical industry) has also been used in the present study. Findings and Conclusion: The results showed that technology transfer with outsourcing leads to improved organizational capabilities and ultimately enhances product and process innovation which in turn improves innovative performance. Also the results of the content analysis of the interviews indicate the sensitivity and necessity of paying attention to the innovation of the pharmaceutical industry in the current situation.

Context/Purpose :Technological innovation has a positive effect on firm performance and is one of the key factors for success and survival, particularly in technology-based industries. Firms have been focusing on the ways through which they can boost their innovations. This study aimed to investigate the effect of inter-firm synergies on firm’s performance in technological innovation by considering the moderating roles of technological innovation capability and innovation strategy. Methodology: This descriptive study is a practice-oriented research using correlational method in data collection phase. The statistical population includes the subsidiaries of an Iranian technology-based organization in energy sector. Data were collected by a 50-item questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale which its validity and reliability was confirmed. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modelling (SEM) and partial least squares (PLS) technique, employing the SmartPLS Software. Findings: The results showed that inter-firm synergy significantly has a positive effect on firm’s performance in technological innovation. We also found that both technological innovation capability and innovation strategy positively moderates the relationship between inter-firm synergy and firm’s performance in technological innovation. Conclusion: As the findings showed, firms can increase their performance in technological innovation by exploiting inter-firm synergies. Building and Enhancing technological innovation capability and innovation strategy formulation and implementation will help them to better exploit of these synergies. Keywords: Inter-Firm Synergy, Relatedness, Technological Innovation Performance, Technological Innovation Capability, Innovation Strategy

The main purpose of the present study is to design a model of entrepreneurship education in public universities in Tehran. This research is a qualitative-quantitative mixed-method research. The statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of 12 expert professors and experts who had been involved with the dimensions of the research problem and subject for many years of experience in universities. The sampling method in the qualitative section was snowball. The statistical population in the quantitative section includes 400 students and professors of selected public universities in Tehran who were selected by multistage cluster sampling. The data gathering tool in the qualitative part of the research was semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative part of the researcher made a questionnaire, to analyze the data in the qualitative part of the foundation data method which eventually led to the extraction of research indices and categories, and according to the indices. Extracted, a research questionnaire was developed which was used to determine the validity of the indices and model of research using CVR method. Pls software is also used in the quantitative part to analyze the data. The results show that infrastructure and capital as causal conditions, industry-university relationship as contextual, skills and competencies as intervening conditions, education as a core issue, support and promote entrepreneurial culture as strategies and create employment and increase welfare are productive outcomes in the public universities in Tehran.

Corporate growth is an important factor for economic growth. Therefore, choosing the right growth strategy is one of the most important issues in managerial decisions. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to design a business growth strategy selection model based on Ansoff matrix using fuzzy inference system. To achieve the research goal, first based on the ANSF matrix, Factors affecting market product strategy selection are identified and then two-level fuzzy inference system designed to select the company's growth strategy. The statistical population of this research was chemical and chemical industries of East Azarbaijan province. The statistical sample is based on the sample of available 124 managers of these companies. A questionnaire was used to collect the data, which was distributed among the sample members after determining its validity and reliability. In order to analyze the data while using exploratory factor analysis, a fuzzy inference system based on triangular membership functions and Mamdani inference is used to formulate the model of choosing the growth strategy of the company. The research results show that the designed system is able to identify the right growth strategy for companies. Also, the results in determining the growth strategy of the companies show that for the surveyed community, the best growth strategy was market development.

Background and purpose: Today, people's mental assets and knowledge are as important as other physical and financial assets of the organization. Organizations that realize the importance of knowledge are looking for its optimal management in order to use it effectively in their processes. In this way, identifying the harms of implementing knowledge assets management is an important step. Based on this, in this research, the pathology of obstacles in the process of implementing knowledge management in one of the scientific centers has been discussed.Methodology: This research is descriptive in terms of purpose and applied research in terms of usage. The statistical population of the research included the employees of a military organization. For this purpose, 122 employees of this organization were selected by simple random sampling and a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among them. Validity and reliability of the measurement tool were confirmed through content validity and Cronbach's alpha.Findings: The results of data analysis with the help of one-sample t-test showed that the process of knowledge management in the statistical population faces obstacles and damages in the four areas of creation, preservation, transfer and application. The area of knowledge application has the most damage and the area of knowledge sharing has the least damage. Conclusion: Making effective changes based on vulnerable areas will result in effective investment and reduction of knowledge sharing costs in the organization.
