In order to increase mobility and provide proper support for future military operations, the current research has been conducted with the aim of designing the optimal model of ground transportation for future wars. <em> </em> <br /><strong>Methodology</strong>: In terms of purpose, the present research is applied, and in terms of qualitative study approach, it is based on data base method. The studied population included all Nahaja experts (transport managers of logistic and transport commanders with strategic positions) who were selected by non-random sampling method. The data collection tool includes semi-structured interviews and a three-step coding method was used to analyze the data. <strong>Findings</strong>: The findings of the research indicate the identification of 8 categories (including human resources, structure and organization, credits, information sources,...) as causal conditions, 6 categories (such as laws and regulations, education, culture) governing-organization,...) as background conditions, 6 categories (such as political relations, economic conditions,...) as intervention-conditions, 8 components (including productivity, design and systematic implementation processes, integrated management,...) for the core category, 7 categories (including suitable military strategy for the future, proper management of resources, use of new technologies,...) as strategies and six categories (accuracy In the combat support of future operations, the acquisition of defense capabilities in the face of future threats, continuity and flexibility in the logistics of the future war,...) were presented as the results of the statistics and the final model. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Focusing on the priority factors of the ground transportation model of the current research can lead to the improvement of the level of combat capability of the Nahaja in future wars. <strong>Keywords</strong>: Ground transportation, Future wars, Logistics, Mobility and combat readiness. <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> جابجایی و ترابری نقش بسیار مهمی در انجام مأموریت‌ و نیل به اهداف هر سازمانی دارد. در راستای افزایش توان تحرک و پشتیبانی مناسب از عملیات‌های نظامی آینده، تحقیق حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی مطلوب حمل‌ونقل زمینی نهاجا با رویکرد جنگ‌های آینده انجام شده است.<strong> </strong> <strong>روش‌شناسی</strong><strong>:</strong> تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر رویکرد مطالعه کیفی مبتنی بر روش داده‌بنیاد است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه خبرگان نهاجا (نخبگان، مدیران ترابری معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی و فرماندهان ترابری نیروی هوایی با جایگاه‌های راهبردی) بود که به روش نمونه­گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات شامل مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری سه مرحله­ای استفاده شده است. <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: یافته های تحقیق حاکی از شناسایی 8 مقوله(از جمله منابع انسانی، ساختار و سازمان، اعتبارات، منابع­اطلاعاتی،...) به­عنوان شرایط علّی،6 مقوله (مانند قوانین­و­مقررات، آموزش، فرهنگ­سازمانی­حاکم،...)به عنوان شرایط­زمینه‌ای، 6 مقوله(مانند روابط سیاسی، شرایط ­اقتصادی،...) به عنوان شرایط­مداخله‌گر، 8 مولفه (از جمله بهره­وری، طراحی و اجرای نظام­مند فرآیندها، مدیریت یکپارچه،...) برای مقوله­محوری،­ 7 مقوله (از جمله استراتژی نظامی مناسب آینده، مدیریت صحیح منابع، بهره­گیری از فن­آوریهای نوین، ...) به عنوان راهبردها و شش مقوله(دقت در پشتیبانی رزمی عملیات­های آینده، کسب توانمندیهای دفاعی درمواجهه با تهدیدات آینده، تداوم و انعطاف در لجستیک جنگ آینده،...) به عنوان پیامدها احصاء و الگوی  نهایی ارائه گردید.  <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong><strong>: </strong>تمرکز بر عوامل اولویت‌دار الگوی حمل‌ونقل زمینی تحقیق حاضر می­تواند به ارتقاء سطح توان رزمی نهاجا در جنگ­های آینده منجر شود. https://www.qjimdo.ir/article_148019_06e945b8333cac82d6ff96481a5e0f93.pdf
