The main goal of this research is to analyze the Megatrends in the field of Education and learning that affect the future of defense universities and explain their consequences. <strong>Methodology:</strong> The type of research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its nature, it is part of exploratory research, which was conducted in two phases using the environmental monitoring method and the cycle model. Research sources for the first phase include; scientific texts related to the subject of research, interviews and reports published in publications and media are about megatrends and the method of selecting sources was necessary and available. The statistical population for the second phase was 10 experts in the field of study who were selected in a targeted way   . <strong>Findings:</strong> The results of the research indicate that the megatrends affecting the future of defense higher education institutions are: expansion of informal education, change of approach from education to learning, interdisciplinary science, predominance of combined education over traditional and electronic education, continuous education and learning, Internationalization of universities, increasing the social responsibility of universities, reducing the ration of universities from government budgets, expanding skill-oriented and reducing the value of academic degrees. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The knowledge of the results of this research gives the possibility to the defense higher education policy makers to focus on the identified macro trends in the form of transactional planning instead of reactive planning to build the future of the university. <strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>کلان‌روندها، نیروهای محرکه‌ای هستند که جهان امروز و فردا را تعریف می‌کنند و بر تمامی جنبه‌های زندگی انسان اثراتی دارند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، واکاوی کلان‌روندهای حوزه آموزش و یادگیری موثر بر آینده دانشگاه‌های دفاعی و تبیین پیامدهای آن است. <strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> نوع تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، جزء پژوهش‌های اکتشافی است که در دو فاز با استفاده از روش پایش محیطی و الگوی چرخه انجام‌ شده است. جامعه آماری در فاز اول شامل متون علمی مرتبط با موضوع مورد پژوهش، مصاحبه‌ها و گزارش‌های منتشره در نشریات و رسانه‌ها در خصوص کلان‌روندها بود که به روش اقتضائی و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری برای فاز دوم شامل تعداد 10 نفر از خبرگان موضوعی بود که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> کلان‌روندهای موثر بر آینده دانشگاه‌های دفاعی عبارتند از: گسترش آموزش‌های غیر رسمی، تغییر رویکرد از آموزش به یادگیری، میان‌رشته‌ای شدن علوم، غالب شدن آموزش ترکیبی بر آموزش سنتی و الکترونیکی، آموزش و یادگیری مداوم، بین‌المللی شدن دانشگاه‌ها، افزایش مسئولیت اجتماعی دانشگاه، کاهش سهم دانشگاه‌ها از بودجه‌های دولتی، گسترش مهارت‌محوری و کاهش ارزش مدارک تحصیلی. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> آگاهی از نتایج پژوهش، این امکان را به سیاستگذاران آموزش ‌عالی دفاعی می‌دهد که به صورت برنامه‌ریزی فراکنشی به جای برنامه‌ریزی واکنشی، برای ساخت آینده دانشگاه روی کلان‌روندهای شناسایی شده تمرکز نمایند. https://www.qjimdo.ir/article_178598_cc110f98732ffc2994e972abd7f60486.pdf
