Background & Purpose: Various frameworks have been presented for modeling innovation ecosystems. Despite the overlap of some components, each one lacks some components mentioned in the other, which can damage their boundary object. Therefore, the current research deals with the typology of modeling structures of innovation ecosystems.
Methodology: The current research is exploratory in terms of purpose, basic in terms of usage, and secondary research in terms of the method using the systematic review process. To collect data, the library method and the phishing tool were used. The research community included modeling articles of innovation ecosystems and the research sample included 17 articles out of 1321 primary references. The research strategy in the analysis of articles is based on comparative qualitative content analysis and the quality control of the research is based on the criteria for measuring the quality of qualitative research.
Findings: based on analyzing selective articles , The modeling constructs of innovation ecosystems were identified and categorized into three levels: (1) Axial construct (active and passive) (2) actor-level construct (role emersion and types of acting roles) (3) background-level constructs including environment (institutional and Macro environmental conditions) , capacities (hard and soft) and orienteers (foresight, ecosystem vision and ecosystem life cycle).
Conclusion: The findings of the research enable the policy makers to modify, align and rearrange its constructs in terms of the multiple dimensions of the innovation ecosystems, and by avoiding the asynchrony or dispersion of the decisions of constructs, smoothen the ground for adopting flexible and realistic policies.

Background & Purpose: Today, with increasing environmental concerns, green process innovation is recognized as a vital strategy to improve the financial performance of companies. However, it is not clear how firms use resources at different levels of green process innovation. Therefore, in this research, the impact of different levels of green process innovation on financial performance with the moderating role of green social capital and implicit green needs of customers is investigated.
Methodology: This research has a quantitative and descriptive survey approach. The research tool included a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The statistical population of the research was 432 companies of all Iranian stock exchange companies subject to the environmental guidelines. Due to the possibility of low participation rate, questionnaires were sent to these companies by census method, and finally 172 questionnaires were returned. Research data were analyzed using SPSS 26, SmartPLS 3, and Lisrel software.
Findings: Green process innovation has a positive effect on financial performance in companies with a higher than average level and has a negative effect on financial performance in companies with a lower than average level. Also, variables of green social capital and implicit green needs moderate the relationship between green process innovation and financial performance.
Conclusion: Applying green process innovation does not always create higher financial performance, but only a high level of green process innovation can increase financial performance

Background & Purpose: A road map shows the layout of existing or possible routes and roads in a specific geographical location. A strategic roadmap is a visual tool of what the organization needs to do to succeed in achieving its long-term goals. Roadmap is a method of process planning in the form of step-by-step and layer-by-layer in the context of time and oriented towards the future. This research seeks to identify and prioritize effective criteria and strategies on the road map of defense logistics research centers.
Methodology: This Research is practical ,exploratory and quantitative in terms of purpose, nature ,method& type of data. The statistical population includes experts in the field of strategic management and roadmap. Identification and prioritization of strategies and criteria was done by 12 experts who were selected as snowballs. The method of data collection was in the form of library, field, and the use of experts' opinion and collection tools were researcher-made questionnaires. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were checked and confirmed through face validity and inconsistency rate, respectively. The softwares used are Excel and the software of expert choice.
Findings: The most important criterion of the roadmap of research centers is human capital; The most important strategy is the strategy of applying and implementing research findings and specialized knowledge in the units; And the most important selected criterion is financial resources.
Conclusion: Based on the results of priority criteria, strategies and relative and overall priority of strategies and guidelines and suggestions, it is possible to compile and present the road map of defense logistics research centers.

Background & Purpose: The advent of novel technologies in the digital age has brought about a transformation in the contemporary business environment and provided an opportunity for innovation. As a result, organizations must adapt to these changes to ensure their survival. Consequently, this study aims to assess the impact of strategic flexibility and digital leadership on digital transformation and exploratory innovation with the mediating role of digital entrepreneurship orientation.
Methodology: The current research is an applied research in terms of its purpose and a descriptive-survey research in terms of its method. The statistical population of the research comprises 180 active companies located in the science and technology park and growth and innovation centers of West Azarbaijan province, and using Morgan's table, 123 companies were selected as a sample and the questionnaires were distributed and completed in a non-random way. In order to analyze the data, SPS 26 and SmartPLS 4 software were used.
Findings: The results of hypothesis test confirmed the direct impact of digital leadership and strategic flexibility on digital transformation and exploratory innovation. Additionally, the effect of digital leadership through digital entrepreneurship orientation on exploratory innovation was confirmed.
Conclusion: The achievement of success in digital transformation is directly contingent on the qualities and competencies of an organization’s leaders. Leaders play a pivotal role in establishing the prerequisites for a culture of innovation and enduring change within the organization, thereby ensuring its success and longevity amidst the current era of digital transformation. The deployment of digital technologies alone is insufficient to guide an organization towards its objectives; it is the digital leadership that serves as the catalyst and trailblazer of digital transformation.

Background & Purpose: To establish and implement a networked organizational culture, organizational culture integration strategies should be used. Among the strategies of integration of different organizational culture, "combination culture" has been more prominent in the integrated banks of the country. The need to review the organizational culture of these banks on the one hand and the change in new technologies on the other hand has required the study of the digital organizational culture. Hence, in this research, the model of digital organizational culture in Iran's banking industry is presented.
Methodology: The purpose of this research is a developmental-applied research, and qualitative method and grounded theory strategy have been used in it. The statistical population included the management experts of line and headquarters units at different levels of Sepeh Bank, who were identified by the purposeful sampling method. Research data were collected through 12 semi-structured interviews and analyzed by coding.
Findings: Research findings in six areas of causal conditions (infrastructure of digital transformation at individual, organizational and social levels), central phenomenon (digital organizational culture), intervening factors (environmental dynamics of economic, political, social/cultural, technological and legal factors), context factors(open business model innovation, digital customer relationship management and flexibility of operational and organizational processes), digital transformation strategy (digitalization and digitization, and design and institutionalization of organizational culture information system) and result (individual, organizational and social excellence-based performance) were categorized.
Conclusion: The creation of a digital organizational culture database management system can provide the means to realize the results of individual, organizational and social excellence based on the basic dimensions of the model so that the digital organizational culture can be seen in Sepeh Bank.

Background & Purpose: The importance of information risks and the protection of the organization's information assets has required the creation of a type of information security management system appropriate to the level of information. Based on this, in the current research, the design of the IT security management model is discussed with the approach of the professional ethics policies of the employees.
Methodology: This research has a mixed approach. Thematic analysis strategy was used in the qualitative part and survey strategy was used in the quantitative part. Data collection was done in the qualitative part using interviews and in the quantitative part with the help of a questionnaire. A number of 12 semi-structured interviews were conducted with two groups of academic and academic experts and executive experts until reaching theoretical saturation. After implementing the text of the interviews in the Max Coda software, through the theme analysis technique based on Etride and Sterling's approach, the research data were analyzed in three stages of basic, organizing and comprehensive themes. The statistical population of the quantitative part included municipal managers and experts, and 384 questionnaires were distributed and analyzed among them.
Findings: The research findings were organized into 6 comprehensive themes of professional ethics, commitment and responsibility, creativity and innovation, human resource management, human resource performance and organization structure, and 24 organizing themes and 244 basic themes. Quantitative data analysis indicated the proper fit of the model and confirmed it.
Conclusion: Ethical behavior of employees is very important in the field of information technology security. If employees do not follow the policies and ethical principles, it may lead to data or systems security breaches. Behavioral monitoring can remind employees of the policy and put them on the correct behavioral path.

Background & Purpose: Technological and digital developments in recent decades have transformed the structures, processes, and requirements of human resources. In this changing context, organizations are forced to align their human resource development strategies with the requirements of the digital age, including digital transformation, machine learning, data-centricity, organizational agility, and the needs of the new generation of employees. The purpose of this article is to design a strategic model for human resource development in the digital age.
Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of method. The content analysis strategy was used in this research. The statistical population of the research included 18 academic experts and executive managers of the Saipa automotive industry, of whom 15 were selected using the snowball sampling method and theoretical saturation point. In this research, a semi-structured interview tool was used to collect data, and data analysis was performed through coding.
Findings: Findings in the form of 14 basic themes, 18 organizing themes (developing and enriching the organization's jobs to adapt to digital technologies, redesigning jobs based on digital knowledge and skills, redefining the career path of employees based on digital competencies, determining the necessary training needs to improve digital competencies, using digital technology-based educational simulators (simulating the digital workplace), behavioral empowerment of employees in the use of digital technologies, holding scientific and cultural events in the field of digital technology in the automotive industry, forming working groups and team building in digital-based projects and activities, determining indicators and metrics for evaluating the performance of digital human resources, designing a monitoring system and management dashboards based on digital data, providing effective feedback in digital performance management, determining policies and guidelines for developing digital jobs, identifying key positions related to digital technology (key digital-based jobs), identifying employees' digital competencies, identifying the organization's talents in the field of digital technologies, providing training opportunities (outside the organization) for employees. Talent in the field of digital technology, performance assessment of digital talents and planning for the growth and development of digital talents) and 4 overarching themes of career development, training and empowerment, performance management and succession planning were presented.
Conclusion: Human resource development in the digital age requires rethinking the roles, skills and traditional mechanisms of human capital management. The proposed model, emphasizing digital competencies, learning, structural flexibility and the integration of new technologies in human resource processes, allows organizations to strengthen their adaptability and innovation.

Background & Purpose: Internet advertising has a significant effect in improving customer awareness. Different people have different reactions to internet advertising, and the targeted design and deployment of advertising mechanisms plays an effective role in realizing the organization's goals. Based on this, in the current research, the design of the driving model of innovation in online advertising is discussed in the context of digital marketing.
Methodology: This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and a mixed research in terms of method. In the qualitative part, the thematic strategy was used, and in the quantitative part, the descriptive survey strategy was used. The research data were collected in the qualitative part through semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative part through a questionnaire. In the qualitative section, the opinions of 15 professors and experts in the field of marketing were used using the purposeful sampling method. Also, research questionnaires were distributed among 384 customers of Digi-Kala and Atma store. Data analysis was done in the qualitative part through three-step coding and in the quantitative part through structural equation modeling.
Findings: Based on the research data analysis, the driving model of innovation in online advertising in the context of digital marketing includes two overarching themes (intra-organizational drivers and environmental drivers) and seven organizing themes (organizational technology, human resources, financial resources, research and development for drivers) internal organizations and legal factors, technological factors and social factors for environmental drivers) and 30 basic themes. The results of the analysis of structural equations also indicated the confirmation of the research model and its appropriate fit.
Conclusion:. Since the methods of online advertising are very diverse and constantly changing, innovation in its implementation methods is very necessary. The findings of the present research can be a guide for managers and executives.
