Background & Purpose: Development of professional competence to perform key tasks and economic and social development of the organization is of particular importance. Hence, in the present research, the design of the model of professional competence of key managers in Iran's Marine Engineering and Construction Company has been discussed.
Methodology: This study is an applied research that was conducted qualitatively using the qualitative content analysis method. For this purpose, sixteen documents were studied in order to identify the professional qualifications of key managers, and 14 academic and executive experts of the Oil Industry Research Institute and Marine Facilities Company were interviewed. Semi-structured interviews were conducted by combining purposeful judgmental sampling and snowball methods.
Findings: The pattern of professional qualifications of key managers includes four dimensions of capacity-building qualifications (foresight, system attitude, analysis skills, formation of work teams, motivation development, negotiation skills, technological skills, collaborative decision-making), balance competencies (leadership competencies, technical competencies, supervision and control, time management, communication competencies, executive competencies), Individual competencies (self-management, ethical competencies, professional experience, positive personality traits, behavioral competencies, professional knowledge, general knowledge) and development competencies (attracting and employing expert staff, training, and human resource development, organizational growth and development, business intelligence, creativity, and innovation).
Conclusion: Organizational managers need different characteristics to be successful. These characteristics allow a manager to act correctly in the organization and motivate other employees of the organization to move towards organizational goals.

Background & Purpose: Limited resources and the existence of numerous innovation opportunities have revealed the need to pay more attention to intelligent prioritization in the field of science, technology and innovation. Based on this, in this research, a mechanism for prioritizing defense technologies has been provided.
Methodology: In this research, the methodology of design science was used, which focuses on solving specific problems by designing and making new artifacts. This method has 3 main stages including awareness, development and summation and each stage has four sub-stages. In this research, in-depth interview tool was used. 24 experts were selected as the statistical population by snowball method. To analyze the research data, general methods based on theme analysis and a combination of inductive and theory-based approaches were used to identify and categorize themes and semantic patterns (themes) in the data.
Findings: The proposed model for prioritizing defense technologies included the following eight steps; Extraction of basic cross-sector - upstream - national and international strategic values, identification of technologies and continuous estimation of the probability of their use and dimensions of use in the military field, explanation of the current and future consequences and results of the development of each of the technologies, the affected areas and the beneficiaries of each of the technologies, determining the weights Each of the criteria of capability, attractiveness and compatibility and reflection in the three-dimensional matrix and choosing the best portfolio of technology development projects, finalizing the portfolio of projects, continuous monitoring and evaluation of technological priorities.
Conclusion: In the issue of prioritizing potential or actual defense technologies, it is necessary to consider the expectations of stakeholders or economic, political, social and cultural sectors. Also, as a policy recommendation, the need to focus as much as possible on dual-purpose technologies and the connection of defense and non-defense industries was emphasized.

Background & Purpose: Innovation is used as an effective mechanism and an attractive goal for the sustainability and promotion of the legitimacy of government organizations and soft and hard approaches have always been used to achieve this goal. Therefore, in this research, the modeling of organizational virtue in service organizations with the approach of promoting organizational innovation is discussed.
Methodology: Based on the type of use, this research is applied and in terms of method, it is a kind of mixed-exploratory research. The statistical population in the qualitative section included 20 organizational experts and academic specialists, and in the quantitative section, it included 803 managers and judicial experts of Arak city. The data collection tool was semi-structured interviews in the qualitative part and questionnaires in the quantitative part. Coding technique was used in the qualitative part and structural equations modeling in the quantitative part to analyze the data.
Findings: Based on data analysis, 20 concepts and three individual, group and organizational subcategories were identified for the category of organizational virtue. Also, the results of quantitative analysis indicated the effect of organizational virtue in service organizations on organizational innovation with the mediating role of improving individual attitude and individual performance of employees.
Conclusion: Today, focusing on soft approaches to improve organizational innovation has become more attractive and has attracted the attention of those involved. Due to the non-cost nature of the soft approach, the results of this research can be used by the officials of the organization

Background & Purpose: Small companies operating in the automotive parts industry navigate a dynamic and competitive environment where rapid technological changes, market fluctuations, and resource limitations pose significant challenges to strategy formulation and implementation. Despite the high importance of strategic management for these entities, many small companies lack a coherent structure and approach for defining their future direction. The objective of this research is to formulate an appropriate strategy for a small automotive parts manufacturing company, thereby providing practical solutions for improving its performance and enhancing competitiveness.
Methodology: This research is applied in terms of its objective and descriptive-analytical in nature. The statistical population comprises managers, experts, and key employees of a small automotive parts manufacturing company who are directly involved in decision-making processes and production operations. Due to the limited number of eligible individuals, a census sampling method was employed. Data collection involved a combination of semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire encompassing internal and external environmental indicators. The collected data were analyzed using environmental analysis methods and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrices (QSPM) to extract and prioritize suitable strategies for the company.
Findings: Based on the total scores obtained from the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), the strategies were prioritized as follows: formation of an industrial cluster with a score of 6.18 ranked first, formation of a reciprocal service consortium with a score of 4.95 ranked second, and participation in the value chain with a score of 4.76 ranked third. Therefore, based on the analysis of internal and external strategic factors, the formation of an industrial cluster was identified as the most appropriate strategy for the studied auto parts manufacturing company
Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that, considering the internal and external conditions of the auto parts manufacturing company, approaches based on cooperation and synergy among firms can play an effective role in improving performance and enhancing competitiveness

Background & Purpose: In the era of expanding intelligent logistics processes, defense organizations are required to simultaneously leverage the capabilities of knowledge management and digital innovation. However, the mechanisms through which these capabilities influence smart supply chain performance, particularly through organizational mechanisms such as organizational learning, require further empirical investigation. Therefore, the present study aims to explain the role of knowledge management and digital innovation in enhancing the smart supply chain performance of defense organizations, with a particular emphasis on the mediating role of organizational learning.
Methodology: This study is applied in terms of purpose and adopts a descriptive-correlational design based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The statistical population consisted of managers and experts from the country's defense organizations, from which 330 participants were selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through a standardized questionnaire. The validity of the research instrument was confirmed through content validity, while its reliability was established using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS software.
Findings: Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on both organizational learning and smart supply chain performance. Likewise, digital innovation exerts a positive and significant influence on organizational learning and smart supply chain performance. Furthermore, organizational learning directly and significantly enhances smart supply chain performance. The findings also confirmed the mediating role of organizational learning in the relationship between knowledge management and smart supply chain performance, as well as in the relationship between digital innovation and smart supply chain performance.
Conclusion: Investing in digital infrastructure, facilitating knowledge creation and sharing processes, empowering employees, and institutionalizing continuous learning provide the foundation for enhancing the agility, coordination, adaptability, and operational effectiveness of the defense supply chain.
