Developing a Framework for Urban Entrepreneurship in Iran

Abstract
Enhancing entrepreneurship and creating the right platform for developing one of the economic development tools of developing countries. Cities do not have the same impact as the main elements of a nation's formation.The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for the establishment of urban entrepreneurship in Iran based on the Granded theory method . he statistical population of this research includes experts who have sufficient knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship and urban management. A semi-structured sample based on Atlas-ti software has been used to collect required data. After analyzing the text of the interviews, the dimensions of urban entrepreneurship measurements (entrepreneurial attitudes,entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial aspirations, entrepreneurial action) were identified as a central issue and the final framework was developed.The research findings show that the creative city, urban prosperity policy, urban entrepreneurship ecosystem and Entrepreneurial conditions are among the factors affecting urban entrepreneurship in Iran. Urban flexibility,urban density, and environmental uncertainty are underlying factors for urban entrepreneurship development. Urban interactions and urban competitiveness act as intermediary agents in urban entrepreneurship establishment. Mean while, the establishment of urban entrepreneurship has consequences such as the quality of life of citizens, the general satisfaction of citizens, the deepening of social capital and the formation of utopian cities. urban entrepreneurship can be valuable, using shared intellectual and social capital and identifying and evaluating urban opportunities. It leads to the development of entrepreneurship and, in addition to solving urban problems, restore’s urban structures and flourishes small and medium-sized enterprises in the cities.
