چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تحولات سریع فناوری و تأثیر آن بر ساختار و عملکرد مؤسسات آموزشی، تطابق فرهنگ سازمانی دانشگاه‌ها با کلان‌روندهای فناورانه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. بر این اساس در این پژوهش به طراحی مدل فرهنگ سازمانی دانشگاه صنعتی مالک اشتر مبتنی بر کلان‌روندهای فناوری پرداخته می‌شود.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد ترکیبی متوالی اکتشافی (کیفی-کمی) انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی، ابتدا کلان‌روندهای فناورانه با استفاده از روش دلفی و با مشارکت ۱۵ خبره شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شدند. سپس، با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل مضمون مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته، مدل مفهومی اولیه فرهنگ سازمانی استخراج گردید. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته بر روی نمونه‌ای شامل ۵۹ نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان اجرا شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: فرهنگ سازمانی دانشگاه مبتنی برکلان‌روندهای فناوری در پنج دسته مفهومی کلیدی قابل سازمان‌دهی است؛ رهبری نوآورانه و یادگیرنده، سازگاری فناورانه و آینده‌نگری، انسجام سازمانی و امنیت فناورانه، مأموریت فناورانه و راهبردی و مشارکت بین‌رشته‌ای و تیم‌محور. هر یک از این دسته‌ها شامل مؤلفه‌هایی هستند که به‌طور سیستماتیک، ابعاد ضروری برای شکل‌گیری یک فرهنگ سازمانی تحول‌گرای فناورانه را در دانشگاه‌های فنی و علمی ترسیم می‌کنند. مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مناسب در تحلیل معادلات ساختاری برخوردار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: مدل فرهنگ سازمانی ارائه‌شده، چارچوبی جامع و مبتنی بر واقعیت‌های سازمانی و فناورانه دانشگاه صنعتی مالک‌اشتر ارائه می‌دهد که ضمن هم‌سویی با کلان‌روندهای فناوری، می تواند زمینه‌ساز تحول پایدار، نوآوری سیستماتیک و انطباق هوشمند سازمانی باشد.
