Drivers and Obstacles of Technology Commercialization

Abstract
Given the increasing importance of technology commercialization in the country, identifying the drivers and obstacles of technology in organizations with experience in technology commercialization will have a crucial role in resolving the problems of the country. this article identifies the drivers and obstacles of technology commercialization in ACECR. This research is from the perspective of objective in the category of developmental research and is a qualitative study as a case study.This study was carried out through triangulation research in subject literature with 27 in-depth interviews with technology owners and experts in the ACECR, using snowball sampling and theme analysis. In this study 290 factors were identified in the two main groups of drivers and inhibitors of commercialization of technology. 172 factors have been identified as drivers and facilitators and 118 deterrents as barriers to commercialization of technology in the ACECR. Technological commercialization pioneers in this research are entrepreneurial and innovative human capital, organizational capital, social capital, institutional relations, and market attraction for technological products that must be strengthened by the proposed proposals for commercialization in the organization. Technological deterrents in this study also include the lack of commercialization infrastructure, legal and legal bottlenecks, the culture of foreign purchasing in organizations, lack of market knowledge, financing problems and weak foresight, they will efforts to address Improving the process of commercialization of technology in the organization.
