Abstract
Background & Purpose: Stakeholders are one of the most important elements on which the life of organizations depends. Based on this, this research has been conducted with the aim of designing a network of expectations of key stakeholders of Khorasan Regional Electricity Company(KREC) in order to promote organizational resilience and create innovation in the organization's business model.
Methodology: The research is an applied-development in terms of purpose.Thematic analysis method has been used in this study. The statistical sample of the research encompasses 13 academic and executive experts using Non-probability Judgmental Sampling. Data gathering tool was semi-structured interview. In order to evaluate the quality of the research, Lincoln and Guba's Evaluative Criteria have been used in this study.
Findings: Based on the research data analysis of nine key stakeholder groups of Khorasan regional electricity and the network of themes of stakeholders' expectations in four overarching themes including factors affecting stakeholders' expectations (contextual and environmental factors), dimensions and criteria of stakeholders' expectations (two dimensions and nine criteria), stakeholder-oriented strategies. two main and supporting approaches) and the external and internal consequences of fulfilling the expectations of the beneficiaries such as the satisfaction of the beneficiaries and the sustainability of the performance were identified.
Conclusion: Identifying key stakeholders and revising their needs and expectations help organizations to take more successful measures in order to establish management systems effectively.
