Abstract
Background & Purpose: Entrepreneurial business is a suitable way for women to generate stable income. But women's share in entrepreneurship is very low when compared to their participation rate. Therefore, in this research, the model of successful entrepreneurship of women in starting a business is discussed.
Methodology: In this research, a mixed exploratory research strategy was used. In the qualitative part, the grounded theory method was used, and in the quantitative part, the survey method was used. The statistical population of the qualitative part included all the women entrepreneurs of West Azerbaijan province, among whom a semi-structured interview was conducted with 18 women entrepreneurs. The statistical population in the quantitative stage also included female entrepreneurs of the province, 141 of whom were selected as a sample. To collect data, semi-structured interviews were used in the qualitative part, and researcher-made questionnaires were used in the quantitative part. For data analysis, the coding process was used in the qualitative part and the structural equation modeling technique was used in the quantitative part.
Findings: The results of qualitative data analysis indicate the identification of 81 indicators and 16 categories (individual characteristics, economic conditions, legal conditions, political factors, market factors, women's entrepreneurship, institutional factors, socio-cultural factors, technological factors, entrepreneurship education strategy, open innovation , creation and development of entrepreneurial networks, diversification of financing methods, individual and family consequences, social consequences and economic consequences) in the form of the foundation's data paradigm model. The findings from the quantitative analysis also indicated the confirmation of the model and the proper fit of the research model.
Conclusion: The development of women's entrepreneurial businesses and their sustainability requires the use of all environmental capacities and the use of new entrepreneurial patterns and innovative strategies in society.
