Abstract
Background & Purpose: changes and transformations caused by environmental dynamics are serious challenges of today's organizations, and the success of organizations depends on their adaptability and adaptation to the changing factors of the environment. Based on this, in the current research, the design of a model of a capacity-building organization is discussed.
Methodology: This study was conducted with a qualitative research strategy and using grounded theory and Strauss and Corbin's paradigm model. In this regard, semi-structured interviews were conducted using theoretical sampling until theoretical saturation was reached. In this research, theoretical saturation was achieved after conducting 11 interviews. The participants in the research were selected from among experts and university professors. After several readings, the data were analyzed with the help of MaxCuda software, and the final model was presented after three stages of open, central and selective coding.
Findings: research findings in the form of capacity-building organization as a central category, causal conditions (capacity-building manager and capacity-building structure), contextual factors (capacity-building employees), intervening conditions (capacity-building culture), strategies (capacity-building policy) and consequences (results for the organization, individual and group) were organized.
Conclusion: Each of these conditions and factors that make up the model have variables and categories that pay attention to them to achieve the ultimate goal of the capacity-building organization in the statistical population of this study.
