A Metasynthesis of Factors Affecting on Innovation Strategy Execution in Hi-Tech and CoPS Industry in Iran Aviation Industry

Abstract
Background & Purpose: innovation is the most important strategy to gain competitive advantage in organizations. Implementing a strategy is more difficult than formulating it, and achieving organizational goals requires successful implementation in addition to formulating a good strategy. Hence, in this research, the factors affecting the implementation of the innovation strategy in the advanced industry with complex products are identified.
Methodology: This research is applied, exploratory and qualitative with a meta-synthesis research strategy. Related sources were collected, screened and selected from various reliable databases in the last two decades. Themes were extracted through a systematic review of sources and their coding. Then, by presenting the results to aviation industry experts through structured interviews, the reliability of the research and the significance of these factors in the country's aviation industry were evaluated.
.Findings: Twenty-two factors affecting the implementation of the innovation strategy were identified. These factors are in five content categories of innovation strategy, including participatory, proportional and balanced strategy; Individual level factors, intra-organizational factors, extra-organizational national and transnational factors were categorized.
Conclusion: the implementation of innovation strategy in the advanced technology industry with complex products, in addition to the content factors of the innovation strategy and contextual and internal process factors to external/environmental factors, including the development of the national and technological innovation system, national innovation governance, government support and the development of the innovation ecosystem Transnational is affiliated. Paying attention to the identified factors affecting the implementation of the innovation strategy during the process of formulating, implementing and controlling the strategy helps the executives to prevent failure.
