In healthcare organizations, strengthening an innovation-oriented culture can improve service quality, optimize work processes, increase efficiency, and ultimately enhance organizational performance. Therefore, investing in business intelligence infrastructure and supporting innovation can be considered essential strategies for improving hospital performance and achieving sustainable organizational effectiveness.
