The content of the article should be in line with the objectives of the journal (it is up to the editorial board to decide).
The article submitted should not be presented at any conference and has not been previously published in any journal or has not been concurrently submitted to other journals.
In similarity-check report(Irandoc), the similarity rate should be less than 15%.
The Quarterly is free to select, edit, summarize or modify the received articles.
