Abstract
Background & Purpose: Crowdfunding is a very suitable tool for networking professional investors to identify and invest in entrepreneurial projects. The purpose of this research is to provide a new financing model for entrepreneurial projects in Iran's construction industry projects.
Methodology: The current research is descriptive, exploratory and applied, and qualitative and quantitative (mixed) research methods were used. In the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used, and a questionnaire was distributed and analyzed among 65 experts of entrepreneurial construction projects as random sampling. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the content and construct validity were also checked.
Findings:وThe crowdfunding model of entrepreneurial projects included eight main categories of project characteristics, culture, the role of the government and supervisory institutions, campaign and marketing information methods, investor characteristics, geographic and location characteristics, financial market characteristics, and the characteristics of executives and founders.
Conclusion: Executives, investors and the government and supervisory institutions should cooperate in the design of crowdfunding platforms. The existence of a crowdfunding platform and training of the necessary financial culture and enactment of laws or its reform and transformation will help Iran's economy and pave the way for innovative construction projects.
