توانمندی میانداری شبکه‌های نوآوری: مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: در راستای مدیریت شبکه‌های بین‌سازمانی، جایگاه میاندار در شبکه‌های نوآوری نوعی نقش ضروری است. شرکت کانونی که معمولاً این نقش را در شبکه ایفا می‌کند، نیازمند توانمندی‌های میانداری است. اکثر پژوهش‌ها بر قابلیت‌های میانداری حول محور مدیریت شبکه متمرکز شده‌اند و این فراتوانمندی را غالباً به‌صورت ایستا می‌نگرند. در این پژوهش با تمرکز بر شناسایی جامع توانمندی‌های میانداری به دسته‌بندی فرآیندهای میانداری پرداخته شده است.
روش‌شناسی: در این مطالعه از روش مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات و تکنیک تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. مرور نظام‌مند شامل غربال ساختاریافته تحقیقات به روش پریسما، کدگذاری و مقوله‌بندی مفاهیم و کنترل کیفیت با بهره‌گیری از روش ساندولوسکی و باروسو بود. این پژوهش از منظر هدف، کاربردی و در زمره پژوهش‌های کیفی قرار دارد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل داده‌‌ها، تعداد 84 توانمندی‌ برای میانداری شبکه نوآوری شناسایی گردید و یک چارچوب و دسته‌بندی منسجم از توانمندی‌های مذکور از طریق مقایسه و تحلیل مفاهیم مختلف و ترسیم خطوطی شفاف در قالب ابعاد طراحی، مدیریت و کنترل شبکه و هفت مقوله ارائه شدند. همچنین بعد سوم توانمندی میانداری شامل توانمندی‌های پایش تغییرات و پیکره‌بندی مجدد به عنوان قابلیت پویایی میاندار در این مقاله معرفی گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها و تمرکز بر ماهیت پویای عوامل داخلی، محیطی و فناورانه، میاندار شبکه باید فعالیت‌ها و نقش‌های خود را متناسب با این پویایی مورد بازبینی قرار داده و رفتار خود را به ‌منظور افزایش بازدهی شبکه به‌روز نماید. بدین ترتیب بهره‌مندی از توانمندی‌های دسته کنترل شبکه برای میاندار الزامی است.
