سنجش مدیریت دانش زنجیره تامین در راستای عملکرد زنجیره تامین استراتژیک با تاکید بر نقش بریکولاژ کارآفرینانه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مدیریت دانش زنجیره تامین از مهم‌ترین منابع رقابتی برای هر سازمان محسوب شده و شرکت‌هایی که دانش را با سرعت بیشتر کسب کاربردی نمایند در بازار رقابتی موفق‌‌تر خواهند بود. بر اساس، در این پژوهش به سنجش مدیریت دانش زنجیره تامین در راستای عملکرد زنجیره تامین استراتژیک با تاکید بر نقش بریکولاژ کارآفرینانه و دوسوتوانی عملیاتی پرداخته می‌شود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 1000 نفر از کارکنان شرکت­های کوچک و متوسط استان کرمانشاه بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 278 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری تعیین شدند. داده‌های تحقیق از طریق پرسش­نامه گردآوری شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مدیریت دانش زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین استراتژیک؛ بریکولاژ کارآفرینانه و دوسوتوانی عملیاتی به ترتیب تأثیر قوی، مستقیم و معنی‌دار؛ تأثیر قوی، مستقیم و غیرمستقیم و معنی­دار و تأثیر قوی، مستقیم و معنی‌دار دارد. بریکولاژ کارآفرینانه بر دوسوتوانی عملیاتی تأثیر متوسط، مستقیم و معنی­دار و همچنین دوسوتوانی عملیاتی بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین استراتژیک تأثیر قوی، مستقیم و معنی‌دار دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه با در نظر گرفتن مدیریت دانش زنجیره تامین و رفتار بریکولاژ بینش جدیدی در خصوص عملکرد زنجیره تامین و دوسوتوانی عملیاتی ارائه نمود تا شرکت ها بتوانند به عملکرد مطلوبی در این راستا دسترسی داشته باشند.
