طراحی الگوی صلاحیت حرفه ای مدیران کلیدی در شرکت مهندسی و ساخت تاسیسات دریایی ایران

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: توسعه صلاحیت حرفه­ای در جهت انجام وظایف اساسی، توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی سازمان از اهمیت ویژه­ای برخوردار است. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر به طراحی الگوی صلاحیت حرفه‌ای مدیران کلیدی در  شرکت مهندسی و ساخت تاسیسات دریایی ایران پرداخته شده است.
روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه، یک پژوهش کاربردی است که به صورت کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا کیفی انجام شده است. بدین منظور شانزده سند به منظور شناسایی صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای مدیران کلیدی بررسی شد و  با 14 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرایی پژوهشگاه صنعت نفت و شرکت تاسیسات دریایی مصاحبه‌ شد. مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با ترکیب روش‌های نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی هدفمند و روش گلوله‌برفی انجام شدند.
یافته‌ها: الگوی صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای مدیران کلیدی شامل چهار بعد صلاحیت­های ظرفیت­ساز(آینده­نگری، نگرش سیستمی، مهارت­های تحلیل، تشکیل تیم­های کاری، پرورش‌انگیزه­ها، مهارت­های مذاکره، مهارت­های فناورانه، تصمیم­گیری مشارکتی)، صلاحیت­های تعادلی(صلاحیت­های رهبری، صلاحیت­های فنی، نظارت و کنترل، مدیریت زمان، صلاحیت­های ارتباطی، صلاحیت­های اجرایی)، صلاحیت­های فردی(خودمدیریتی، صلاحیت­های اخلاقی، تجربه­حرفه­ای، ویژگی­های مثبت شخصیتی، صلاحیت رفتاری، دانش حرفه­ای، دانش عمومی) و صلاحیت­های توسعه­ای( جذب و به کارگیری نیروی متخصص، آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی، رشد و توسعه سازمانی، هوش تجاری، خلاقیت و نوآوری) است.
نتیجه‌گیری: مدیران سازمان برای موفقیت به خصوصیات متفاوتی نیاز دارند. این خصوصیات سبب می‌گردد یک مدیر بتواند به درستی در سازمان عمل نماید و سایر کارکنان سازمان را نیز در جهت حرکت به سوی اهداف سازمانی تحریک نماید.
