چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت نوآوری و خلاقیت در موفقیت سازمان‌ها در محیط متغیر و پویای کنونی سازمان‌ها، در پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی راهبردهایی برای سازمان سالم  در جهت ارتقای نوآوری سازمانی در وزارت کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران پرداخته شد.
روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی- توسعه‌ای بر اساس رویکرد آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی از راهبرد پیمایش استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل مقاله‌های مجلات پایگاه‌های علمی داخلی و بین‌المللی و در بخش کمی نیز شامل 248 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان وزارت کشور بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از طریق کدگذاری و در بخش کمی به کمک معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: داده‌های پژوهش در قالب 68 مضمون اساسی، 21 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 10 مضمون فراگیر رهبری اثربخش، الگوی رفتاری جامعه، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، خط‌مشی سازمان، ساختار سازمانی، طراحی شغلی، شفافیت سازمانی، مشارکت سازمانی، منابع انسانی و ارزش­های سازمان دسته‌بندی شدند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نیز نشان داد که تمامی راهبردهای سازمانی سالم به جز الگوی رفتاری جامعه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر نوآوری سازمانی دارند.
نتیجه‌گیری: سازمان‌های سالم، گشودگی واضح و پیوسته به تجربه، تشویق به ریسک‌پذیری مسئولانه و تمایل به تصدیق شکست‌ها و درس گرفتن از آن‌ها دارند و به اندازه کافی فعال هستند تا اقدامات لازم را برای محافظت از خود در برابر هرگونه رویدادهای محیطی و سازگاری با تغییرات تکنولوژیکی یا عملیاتی و بازار انجام دهند.
