Abstract
Background & Purpose: Due to the importance of optimizing the management of costs and potentials in the field of transportation and transportation, it is considered necessary to pay more tactical and strategic attention to the management of transportation and transportation of cargo and passengers in a planned and operational way in Iran. arrival Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the structure of aviation and non-aviation revenues and to evaluate their role in improving the allocation efficiency in the airports belonging to Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company.
Methodology: In this research, the variables have been discussed during the years 2012-2019. From the point of view of methodology, this research is descriptive-survey and correlational, and from the point of view of the type of supervision and the degree of control, this research is in the category of field research. The data envelopment analysis method was used to test the hypotheses, and in order to calculate the revenue structure, the aviation and non-aviation revenues were used, and to calculate the allocation efficiency, the number of employees working in the airport and the size of the levels were used.
Findings: The results of this research showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between aviation and non-aviation revenues and the number of employees working in the country's airports. There is a direct and significant relationship between non-aviation revenues and the size of the flight levels of the country's airports. However, there is no significant relationship between aviation revenues and the size of the flight levels of the country's airports.
Conclusion: The results of the present research can play an important role in planning human resources and improving the income levels of airports.
