چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نوآوری به عنوان سازوکاری اثربخش و هدفی جذاب در جهت ماندگاری و ارتقای مشروعیت سازمان‌های دولتی به کار می‌رود و همواره از رویکردهای نرم و سخت برای تحقق این هدف استفاده شده است. از این رو، در این پژوهش به مدل‌سازی فضیلت سازمانی در سازمان‌های خدماتی با رویکرد ارتقای نوآوری سازمانی پرداخته شده است.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش بر اساس نوع استفاده، کاربردی و از نظر روش، نوعی پژوهش آمیخته -اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 20 نفر از خبرگان سازمانی و متخصصان دانشگاهی و در بخش کمی نیز شامل 803 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان دادگستری شهر اراک بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌های در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از کدگذاری و در بخش کمی‌ از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل داده‌ها، تعداد 20 مفهوم و سه مقوله فرعی فردی، گروهی و سازمانی برای مقوله فضیلت سازمانی شناسایی شد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کمی بر تاثیر فضیلت سازمانی در سازمان‌های خدماتی بر نوآوری سازمانی با نقش میانجی ارتقای نگرش فردی و عملکرد فردی‌‌ کارکنان دلالت داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: امروزه تمرکز بر رویکردهای نرم جهت بهبود نوآوری سازمانی جذاب‌تر شده و مورد توجه دست‌اندرکاران قرار گرفته است. به دلیل ماهیت غیرهزینه‌ای رویکرد نرم، نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند مورد استفاده مسئولین سازمان قرار گیرد.
