مدیریت نوآوری در سازمان های دفاعی

طراحی الگوی مدیریت تغییر راهبردی در سیستم نوآوری باز و فضای مشارکتی شرکت های دانش بنیان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: به موازات عدم­اطمینان­های محیطی، نیاز شرکت به انعطاف­پذیری و مدیریت تغییر افزایش می‌یابد. از طرفی فضای مشارکتی می­تواند زمینه­ساز نوآوری در شرکت شود که این دو خود نیازمند مدیریت تغییر راهبردی هستند تا بتوان بقای شرکت را در بلندمدت حفظ کرد. لذا در این پژوهش به طراحی الگوی مدیریت تغییر راهبردی در سیستم نوآوری باز و فضای مشارکتی شرکت­های دانش­بنیان پرداخته می‌شود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل متخصصین و نخبگان حوزه مدیریت راهبردی و مدیریت تغییر در شرکت­های دانش­بنیان بودند. به کمک پروتکل مصاحبه، مصاحبه­های نیمه­ساختاریافته­ عمیقی با خبرگان به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انجام شد. پس از مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان، اشباع نظری حاصل شد و سپس داده­ها به کمک نرم­افزار مکس‌کیودا کدگذاری شدند. اعتباریابی پژوهش بر اساس معیارهای پژوهش کیفی پارکر و رافی انجام شد.  
یافته‌ها: پس از تحلیل داده­ها، 101 کد باز (مفهوم اولیه)، 25 مضمون پایه، 17 مضمون سازمان­دهنده و 7 مضمون فراگیر شامل مدیریت ریسک راهبردی سازمان، رهبری موثر، پیاده­سازی مدیریت تغییر، دانش­محوری، توانمندسازی سرمایه­انسانی، فرهنگ­سازی مشارکتی و هوشمندی کسب­وکار شنـاسـایی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: ایجاد فضای مشارکتی در شرکت، زمینه را برای توسعه نوآوری باز فراهم می‌کند. توسعه نوآوری باز در شرکت موجب می­شود تا انعطاف­پذیری، چابکی و انتخاب­های شرکت در شرایط بحرانی و تغییر بیشتر شود. مدیریت تغییر راهبردی، مجموعه­ای از پیامدهای مثبت را برای شرکت در پی خواهد داشت. شرکت­ها می­توانند از طریق جذب و آموزش رهبران حمایت‌گرا، توسعه نوآوری، بهبود یادگیری سازمانی، تقویت اتحاد و انسجام تیمی، جذب و به کارگیری سرمایه انسانی خلاق و نوآور موجب توسعه نوآوری باز و فضای مشارکتی در شرکت‌های خود شوند و در نهایت  مدیریت تغییر راهبردی را محقق نمایند.
