تأثیر ظرفیت جذب دانش بر بهبود نوآوری و ارتقای عملکرد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان دفاعی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: تغییرات سریع فناوری، شیوه نوآوری شرکت‌ها را به طور اساسی تغییر داده و نیاز به دانش را برای همکاری و ایجاد ارزش مشترک در بازارهای امروزی به موضوعی اجتناب‌ناپذیر تبدیل نموده است. لذا این مطالعه به بررسی تأثیر غیر مستقیم ظرفیت جذب دانش بر عملکرد شرکت‌ها از طریق استراتژی نوآوری و نوآوری باز پرداخته است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش کمی و کاربردی حاضر به لحاظ ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 128 نفر از مدیران شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان حوزه دفاعی بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرچسی-مورگان تعداد 97 نفر تعیین شد. داده‌ها از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی در دسترس و با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه استاندارد توزیع و گردآوری شدند. داده‌های پژوهش با نرم‌افزار اِس‌پی‌اِس‌اِس نسخه 26 و داده‌های مربوط به مدل پژوهش نیز با اتخاذ رویکرد واریانس‌محور در مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، توسط نسخه 3 نرم‌افزار اِسمارت پی‌اِل‌اِس تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: تمامی فرضیه‌های پژوهش در سطح اطمینان 99 درصد تأیید شدند و نتایج نشان داد که ظرفیت جذب دانش بر استراتژی نوآوری و فعالیت‌های ورودی و خروجی نوآوری باز تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین تأثیر مثبت و معنادار استراتژی نوآوری و فعالیت‌های ورودی و خروجی نوآوری باز بر عملکرد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان تأیید شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه به پیشرفت دانش و تئوری در زمینه‌های مدیریت دانش و نوآوری در زمینه  شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان کمک می‌کند و اطلاعات مرتبطی را در اختیار تصمیم‌گیرندگان قرار می‌دهد تا از طریق تقویت قابلیت‌های لازم امکان توسعه نوآوری و بهبود حداکثری عملکرد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان را فراهم سازند.
