دوسوتوانی در بستر شبکه: یک مرور نظام‌مند به همراه تکنیک شناخت الگو و مدل مفهومی چند سطحی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: توانایی دوسوتوانی می‌تواند حاصل تکامل شبکه‌هایی باشد که افراد درگیر در توسعه ایده‌ها را به یکدیگر پیوند می‌دهد. ساختار این شبکه‌ها و انواع ارتباطات میان اعضا نیز بسته به اهداف اکتشافی یا بهره‌بردارانه سازمان شکل می‌گیرد. این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند است که با هدف ارائه مدلی مفهومی، جامع، چندسطحی و میان‌رشته‌ای در زمینه دوسوتوانی در بستر شبکه انجام شده است.
روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش مرور نظام‌مند، همراه با تکنیک تحلیل و شناسایی الگو، بر اساس یافته‌های ۴۱ مقاله نهایی از مجموع ۱۷۴ مقاله اولیه پیش از فرآیند غربالگری، استخراج‌شده از پایگاه داده پایگاه داده وب آو ساینس انجام شده است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش بر اساس تکنیک تحلیل الگو، سه دسته‌بندی برای شاخص‌های مرتبط با شبکه شناسایی کرد که شامل ابعاد رابطه‌ای، شناختی و دانشی، و ساختاری شبکه است. بر پایه این دسته‌بندی، مدل مفهومی نهایی نحوه ارتباط این ابعاد را با دوسوتوانی در سطوح فردی، سازمانی و بین‌سازمانی تبیین کرده و همچنین شکاف‌های نظری موجود در این حوزه و مسیرهای بالقوه پژوهش‌های آینده را ارائه می‌کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش، چارچوبی منسجم برای درک پیچیدگی‌ها و تعاملات دوسوتوانی در بستر شبکه فراهم می‌آورد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که توانمندسازی افراد، ارتقای ظرفیت سازمان‌ها و تقویت همکاری‌های بین‌سازمانی، تا حد زیادی به طراحی مناسب ساختار شبکه و مدیریت مؤثر منابع شناختی و دانشی وابسته است. علاوه بر این، پژوهش با شناسایی شکاف‌های نظری موجود، مسیرهای نوآورانه‌ای برای مطالعات آینده ارائه می‌کند و به سیاستگذاران، مدیران و پژوهشگران ابزارهایی می‌دهد تا ضمن ارتقای دوسوتوانی، بهره‌وری شبکه‌های سازمانی و بین‌سازمانی را بهینه‌سازی کنند.
