چکیده
زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش به مطالعه تطبیقی ظرفیت‌ها و قابلیت‌های مراکز علم، فناوری و نوآوری دانشگاه‌ها و ارتش‌های منتخب ایران و جهان به منظور الگوبرداری در سازمان‌های دفاعی ایران پرداخته است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، طراحی بوم کسب‌وکار برای استفاده در بهبود ساختارها و فرآیندهای نوآوری در سازمان‌های دفاعی ایران می‌باشد.
روش‌شناسی: این مطالعه در چارچوب فلسفه تفسیری و با رویکرد استقرایی انجام شده و با اتکا به تحلیل مضمون به استخراج الگوی بومِ کسب‌وکارِ مراکز نوآوری دفاعی می‌پردازد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و قضاوتی منابع اطلاعاتی پژوهش شامل اسناد برخط مراکز نوآوری نظامی و سایر سازمان‌ها و اسناد و مدارک ثبت شده به‌صورت هدفمند و همچنین مصاحبه تلفنی با مدیران ارشد پارک‌های علم‌وفناوری منتخب بوده که با کمک ابزار تحلیل مضمون، تحلیل و گزارش شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش از جمله ادغام بوم‌های کسب‌وکار استخراج شده از مصاحبه‌ها و مطالعه منابع برخط سازمان‌های نظامی منتخب جهان منجر به ارائه‌ی بوم کسب‌وکار مزکز نوآوری دفاعی شد. این مدل می‌تواند با استفاده از تجارب موفق جهانی و داخلی، به ارتقای توانمندی‌های نوآوری دفاعی و افزایش تعاملات بین‌سازمانی کمک کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مدیران سازمان‌های دفاعی باید با پیاده‌سازی مدل بوم کسب‌وکار مرکز نوآوری دفاعی، تعاملات بین‌سازمانی و ارتباط با پارک‌های علم و فناوری را تقویت کنند. این مدل می‌تواند با انتقال تجارب موفق جهانی و حمایت از نوآوری‌های داخلی، به ارتقای توانمندی‌های نوآورانه و افزایش ظرفیت‌های دفاعی کمک کند.
