الگوی راهبردی پیش خوانی پروژه های نوآوری با رویکرد مرور سیستماتیک

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: اهمیت مرحله پیش‌خوانی در تضمین موفقیت پروژه‌های مبتنی بر همکاری برای بسیاری از پژوهشگران و سیاست‌گذاران در کشورهای پیشرفته نمایان شده است. علی‌رغم ارائه مدل‌های متعدد، هنوز ابهاماتی در زمینه عوامل اثرگذار در این مرحله وجود دارد. بر این اساس در این مطالعه سعی شد تا چارچوبی برای شناسایی عناصر مؤثر بر آن نیز ارائه شود.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، اکتشافی و از نظر نوع استفاده، پژوهشی کاربردی است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحقیق مرور نظام‌مند، تعداد 105 پژوهش‌ مرتبط در فاصله زمانی 1993-2017 شناسایی و تعداد 60 مطالعه به‌عنوان نمونه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: یافته در پنج دسته «عوامل درون سازمان» «عوامل میان سازمانی» «فعالیت‌های ضروری» «عوامل زمینه‌ای» و «نتایج» در الگوی تحقیق ارائه شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس این مطالعه، موفقیت چارچوب همکاری میان سازمانی را باید به‌صورت یک فرایند در نظر گرفت. مرحله نخست و راهبردی این فرایند یعنی پیش‌خوانی نیازمند توجه به عوامل و تدارک ملزوماتی است که توفیق سازمان‌های مشارکت‌کننده در تأمین آن‌ها می‌تواند موفقیت همکاری در مراحل بعد را تا حد بسیار زیادی تضمین کند.
