مدل حاکمیت نوین در اداره کلان شهرهای ایران

چکیده

هدف از حاکمیت شهری تقویت فرآیند توسعه شهری است به گونه‌ای که محیط مناسبی برای زندگی راحت و کیفی شهروندان، به تناسب ویژگی‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی آنان فراهم شود. تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی برای حاکمیت خوب شهری در کلان شهرهای ایران انجام شده است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف شناختی نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش شناختی از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است. نمونه آماری تحقیق شامل 40 کلان شهر ایران است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که متغیرهای فناوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات، سرمایه اجتماعی، مدیریت دانش فضایی و جهانی شدن به صورت مستقیم بر حاکمیت خوب شهری تاثیرگذار هستند، اما تاثیرگذاری "مطالبه‌گری شهروندان" بر حاکمیت خوب شهری تایید نشد. همچنین نقش تعدیل‌گری فرهنگ مشارکت بین سرمایه اجتماعی و حاکمیت خوب شهری و نقش تعدیل‌گری تمایل مقامات محلی بین جهانی شدن ادراک شده و حاکمیت خوب شهری تایید نشد، اما نقش تعدیل‌گری فرهنگ مشارکت بین مطالبه گری شهروندان و حاکمیت خوب و همچنین نقش تعدیل گری تمایل مقامات محلی بین توسعه ICT و حاکمیت خوب شهری به اثبات رسید.
