تاثیر قابلیت نوآوری بر عملکرد تجاری سازی فناوری شرکت های دانش بنیان با تاکید بر نقش میانجی نوآوری سازمانی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه تاثیر قابلیت نوآوری بـر عملکرد تجاری سازی فناوری شرکت‌های‌ دانش‌بنیان‌ با در نظر گرفتن متغیر میانجی نوآوری سازمانی اسـت.
روش‌شناسی: پـژوهش حاضـر از جنبـه هـدف در دسـته پژوهش های کاربردی قرار می گیرد و از نظر روش و ماهیت توصیفی- پیمایشی اسـت. ابـزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه استاندارد بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر 99 شرکت دانش بنیان مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری مدرس می باشند که از میان 99 مدیر ارشد آن ها، تعداد نمونـه بـا اسـتفاده از فرمول کوکران و با توجه به اطمینان از برگشت پرسشـنامه کـافی(10 درصد حاشیه اطمینان) 87 نفـر تعیـین شـد، کـه در نهایت 81 پرسشنامه به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده برای تحلیل جمع آوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها شامل آزمون فرضیه هـا و سنجش روابط بین متغیرها است که به دلیل تعداد نمونه کم، از تکنیک مـدل سـازی معـادلات ساختاری به وش حداقل مربعات جزئی در نسخه سوم نرم افزارSmartPLS استفاده شده اسـت.
یافته‌ها: بررسی نتایج پژوهش نشان داد قابلیت نوآوری بر عملکرد تجاری سازی فناوری تاثیر معناداری می گذارد و همچنین میانجی گری نوآوری سازمانی در اثرگذاری قابلیت نوآوری بر عملکرد تجاری سازی فناوری مورد تایید قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: حفظ مزیت رقابتی و بقا شرکت های دانش بنیان در گرو ارتقا پیوسته قابلیت نوآوری، فراهم نمودن بستری جهت توسعه نوآوری سازمانی و تقویت تجاری سازی فناوری می باشد.
