شناسایی پیشرانه‌های مدل کسب‌وکار نوآورانه با استفاده از یک مرور نظام‌مند

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: عدم وجود دانشی جامع و منسجم درباره پیشرانه‌های مدل کسب‌وکار نوآورانه به نوعی چالش در این حوزه منجر شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تعیین پیشرانه‌های مدل کسب‌وکار نوآورانه بر اساس سطوح تحلیل مختلف است.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع استفاده، پژوهشی اکتشافی است و در آن از روش کیفی و راهبرد تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. این پژوهش با مرور نظام‌مند مطالعات 20 سال اخیر و بر اساس فرایند سه مرحله‌ای ترنفیلد و همکاران (2003) انجام شد. در این پژوهش تعداد 160 مقاله مرتبط منتشر شده در مجلات داوری همتا و علمی-محور به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل داده‌ها، پیشرانه‌های مدل کسب‌وکار نوآورانه شامل فعالیت‌های سازمانی، ویژگی‌های سازمانی، ذی‌نفعان خارجی بودند. این یافته‌ها با تحلیل عمیق دیدگاه‌های نظری مدیریت استراتژیک، مطالعات سازمانی، کارآفرینی و بازاریابی و سطوح تحلیل فرد، تیم، کسب‌وکار، شبکه و نهادی تکمیل شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: در صورتی که سازمان‌ها بخواهند مدل کسب‌وکار نوآورانه برای سازمان خود طراحی کنند در ابتدای امر پیشرانه‌های باید مورد نیاز مدل را درک کرده و متناسب با آن به طراحی مدل اقدام کنند.
