شناسایی ابعاد ناهمگونی شبکه‌های همکاری و نوآوری در حوزه زیستداروها ‏

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: شبکه­های نوآوری به مجموعه از شرکت­ها و نهاد­هایی اطلاق می­گردد که با همکاری یکدیگر جهت توسعه نوآوری تلاش می­کنند. هدف‌این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد ناهمگونی شبکه­های همکاری و نوآوری در حوزه زیست‌دارویی کشور است.
روش‌شناسی: مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف، پژوهشی توصیفی و از نظر نوع استفاده، کاربردی و از نظر راهبرد، پژوهشی آمیخته اکتشافی است. در فاز کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. در ‌این گام،  از طریق نمونه­گیری هدفمند با 15 نفر از متخصصان دولتی، دانشگاهی و صنعتی فعال در شبکه­های نوآوری مصاحبه شد. روایی مصاحبه­ها از طریق تدوین پروتکل مصاحبه و روش بررسی همکار و پایایی آن از طریق روش باز آزمون تایید گردید. در فاز کمی نیز از روش پیمایش استفاده شد. در ‌این گام نیز از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 42 پرسشنامه بین شرکت­های زیست‌دارویی توزیع و دریافت گردید. جهت آزمون مدل از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس بهره گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: سه دسته اصلی ناهمگونی شبکه شامل ناهمگونی ساختاری، رابطه­ای و شناختی بودند. همچنین با توجه به مقدار بار عاملی، "قدرت و مرکزیت" از بعد ناهمگونی ساختاری، "انتخاب شریک" از بعد ناهمگونی رابطه­ای، و "میزان بهره‌مندی از انواع دانش ضمنی و آشکار" از  بعد ناهمگونی شناختی از اولویت بالاتری در رابطه با ناهمگونی شبکه­ها برخوردار هستند.
نتیجه‌گیری: بهره­برداری از مزایای ناهمگونی در شبکه­ها و  موضوعاتی همچون سرریز دانش و فناوری و توسعه سرمایه‌های اجتماعی و ....  نیازمند شناسایی ابعاد ناهمگونی و ارائه استراتژی و راهکارهایی برای توسعه تعاملات و بهره‌برداری از مزایای ناشی از آن هستند.
