طراحی اکوسیستم کارآفرینی مولد رشد ارگانیک شرکتهای هواپیمایی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: رشد ارگانیک شرکت‌های هواپیمایی نیازمند طراحی مناسب اکوسیستم کارآفرینی صنعت هوانوردی است. این مقاله با هدف شناسایی ویژگی‌های مدل تکاملی اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه مولد رشد ارگانیک شرکت‌های هواپیمایی (کوچک و نوپا) و آشکارسازی روابط علت و معلولی میان عوامل اصلی آن تدوین شد.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع استفاده، پژوهشی بنیادی و از نظر هدف دارای رویکردی توصیفی است که در آن از راهبرد پژوهش کیفی و روش تحقیق داده بنیاد استفاده شد. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه و با مشارکت 10 نفر از خبرگان صنعت هوانوردی کشور انجام شد. داده‌ها مطابق با روال پژوهش نظریه داده بنیاد، تحلیل و مدل نهایی به دست آمد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل داده‌ها 12 حوزه اصلی اکوسیستم‌کارآفرینی مولد رشد ارگانیک شرکت‌های هواپیمایی شامل نقش دولت، حاکمیت، مدیریت بنگاه و مدیریت دانش در ارتباط با اکوسیستم‌کارآفرینی صنعت هوانوردی ایران شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: گذر از الگوبرداری کلیشه‌ای از نمونه‌های موفق اکوسیستم‌های کارآفرینی با رویکرد یکسان‌انگاری آن‌ها و تلاش برای شناسایی اکوسیستم‌های یکتا شده در خوشه‌ها یا صنایع مختلف،  شناخت مناسبی از اکوسیستم‌های کارآفرینی را فراهم می‌نماید.
