طراحی مدل سرآمدی مدیریت نوآوری در موسسات بانکی ج.ا.ایران با رویکرد ترکیبی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: این مقاله با هدف ارائه الگوی سرآمدی مدیریت نوآوری در بانک‌های ایرانی تدوین شده است و در آن ضمن مشخص کردن ارزش‌های محوری سرآمدی نوآوری، معیارهایی جهت ارزیابی عملکرد نوآوری و برنامه‌ریزی بهبود در این حوزه ارائه می‌شود.
روش‌شناسی: در این پژوهش از راهبرد آمیخته اکتشافی استفاده شد. در بخش کیفی از روش داده بنیاد و در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی-پیمایشی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 12 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان خبره نظام بانکی کشور بود که به صورت نمونه‌گیری نظری انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه و در بخش کمی از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری گردید. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی شامل کلیه کارکنان سه موسسه بانکی بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از طریق سه مرحله کدگذاری و در بخش کمی از طریق مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: رهبری حامی نوآوری، مدیریت سرمایه‌های فکری، مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات، مدیریت بازار و مشتری، مدیریت فرصت‌های نوآوری، مدیریت فرآیند نوآوری و نتایج نوآوری از مؤلفه‌های اصلی مدل سرآمدی مدیریت نوآوری در مؤسسات بانکی بودند. در نهایت 7 معیار اصلی و 25 زیر معیار مرتبط با هر یک از معیارهای مدل سرآمدی شناسایی و الگوی نهایی سرآمدی نوآوری ارائه شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌کارگیری نتایج تحقیق می‌تواند در بانک‌ها و مؤسسات مالی جهت ارزیابی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر در مدیریت نوآوری مفید بوده و بستر لازم جهت طراحی اقدامات بهبود وضعیت جاری را فراهم سازد.
