چکیده

Background and Purpose: Traditional management paradigms were basically based on pure obedience and control of the boss and subordinates with a hierarchical and top-down approach. The purpose of this research is to present an innovative concept called the management synapse, which is based on a win-win relationship, cooperation and real partnership between organizational parties.
Methodology: The current research is fundamental in terms of its purpose and exploratory in terms of its nature, in which Strauss and Corbin's database approach is used. In this research, in-depth interviews with experts of new concepts of organizational behavior management, innovation management and technology were used, and twenty-three experts were selected using theoretical sampling and the principle of saturation.
Findings: Data analysis resulted in 448 concepts resulting from initial coding, 47 new subcategories resulting from axial coding and 6 main categories including causal, contextual, intervention, strategies, consequences and main phenomenon resulting from theoretical coding.
Conclusion: The results show that the managerial synapse can take strength from stabilizing relationships in the organization, develop joint decision-making by stakeholders, strengthen team spirit for a common goal, exchange and share resources between stakeholders, multi-task synergy at the levels organizational and setting goals beyond the ideals of the organization, implement organizational innovation effectively.
