تاثیر رهبری تحول‌گرا بر عملکرد مالی با نقش میانجی نوآوری سازمانی و آمادگی عملکردی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: رهبران تحول‌گرا با توسل به نوآوری سازمانی و آمادگی عملکردی، تاثیر بسزایی در موفقیت یا شکست سازمان‌ها دارند. برای درک این موضوع، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر رهبری تحول‌گرا بر عملکرد مالی با نقش میانجی نوآوری سازمانی و آمادگی عملکردی به اجرا درآمده است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش کاربردی حاضر، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد است. جامعه آماری، 5 شرکت نرم‌افزاری در شهرهای کرج و تهران می‌باشد. پرسشنامه‌ها به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای بین نمونه‌های آماری به تعداد 317 نفر توزیع شد. ضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ در تمامی متغیرها بالاتر از 0/7 بود. برای بررسی روایی همگرا در مدل PLS، تمامی مقادیر AVE مربوط به سازه‌ها، مقداری بیش از 0/4 را نشان دادند، لذا روایی همگرای پرسشنامه نیز مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و روش حداقل مربعات جزئی جهت آزمون فرضیات و برازش مدل استفاده ‌شده است.
یافته‌ها: رهبری تحول‌گرا بر عملکرد مالی با t-value 2/269، بر آمادگی عملکردی و نوآوری سازمانی با t-value 2/797 و 7/914 تاثیر دارد. همچنین نوآوری سازمانی بر عملکرد مالی و آمادگی عملکردی با t-value 2/832 و 7/001 موثر بوده و آمادگی عملکردی نیز بر عملکرد مالی با t-value 4/926 تاثیر معناداری دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد رهبری تحول گرا بر عملکرد مالی تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین نقش میانجی نوآوری سازمانی و آمادگی عملکردی در تاثیر رهبری تحول گرا بر عملکرد مالی تایید شد.
