الگوی جامع عوامل تسهیل‌گر یادگیری در سازمان‌های دفاعی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سازمان‌ها برای مواجه با تغییرات جهانی، ناگزیر به تجهیز خود به انواع ابزارهای رقابتی هستند. یکی از مهمترین ابزارها، یادگیرندگی و نهادینه کردن یادگیری در سازمان است. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر مهمترین عوامل موثر بر یادگیری در سازمان ارائه می‌شود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر، پژوهشی توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. برای شناسایی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها از مبانی نظری و نظرات خبرگان استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش در مرحله ارائه الگو شامل ده نفر از خبرگان موضوعی و در مرحله آسیب‌شناسی شامل تمامی کارکنان دارای مدرک تحصیلی بالاتر از کارشناسی در یک سازمان علمی نظامی بود. نمونه آماری در مرحله اول به روش قضاوتی هدف‌مند و در مرحله دوم به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. همچنین، جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها با کمک آزمون‌های آماری تی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان داد که ابعاد نگرشی، اعمال مدیریتی، جو سازمانی، ویژگی‌های کارکنان و مدیریت دانش از عوامل تسهیل‌گر یادگیری محسوب می‌شوند. همچنین، عامل نگرشی دارای بیشترین اهمیت برای تسهیل یادگیری در سازمان است.
نتیجه‌گیری: تدراک عوامل تسهیل‌گر یادگیری موجب ارتقای یادگیری سازمانی و نگرش مثبت‌ مسئولان به فرایند آموزش و یادگیری در سازمان می‌شود.
